Nah, I don't know If I'm going to play this. I like to buy games and keep them at my steam library without even downloading them. I just bought it incase one day It becomes expensive and I regret it because I didn't buy it when it was cheap.

Edit: Meh I'm downloading this. My anger against SA is because I bought DayZ Mod at September 2013 and at December or what SA was out, I really regretted it, not only that I paid $25 for that game and a few weeks later they had discount for it it was like $7 or what? So basically I didn't have real good time with DayZ at all. Also at November I had an emergency payment to do, couldn't do it because I'd bought ARMA 2 and ARMA 2 OA and my paypal vault was empty because of that. (Had hard time paying but I finally managed it somehow) I always regretted buying it. I hope I won't regret buying SA.

So I'll say the mod is better? Well why? At the mod you're more independant. At every server you have a diferent life. Here It's just same, that gets boring after a while.

Maybe It's like that because It's on beta, anyway... I couldn't see any zombies, I saw like 3 in total. Phen called me over to TS3 but I didn't want to, because I wanted the first experience to be on my own (the last time my group was active when I was sleeping and what I had to was wait for them all day long at the camp probably get killed several times going down to the town because I was bored like hell) Phen etc have a different time zone than I do, would be hard to meet up. Also I wasn't able to use my microphone at that time.

I like to be independant, atleast on the mod I could be, because If you're on your own you can survive there, here you can't, sadly. Because you need a friend to back you up. I spawn with no food at all, some servers have like no loot, I only can find a few bananas and drinks and that was once so far. The game is good ofcourse, but It's still not completed. I'm not really fan of. But It's too early to come with a final verdict. I will continue observing.

My first kill was quite interesting.


I found some handcuffs and got them, 20 minutes later I found a guy at a building, I thought he was dead (even though he was standing) I checked his pulse, he was alive, that was clearly saying he was AFK. To avoid getting a possible punch in the face while putting some food to his backpack, I handcuffed him. However I didn't know you can't break handcuffs without a key. I force-drinked him a few things so he doesn't die, when he was back he started speaking some hardcore Russian stuff, didn't understand a thing, except the "friendly" part. I told him that I am friendly aswell and I handcuffed him by accident. I told him to press A- D keys (read at the wiki that you can break them by pressing the keys or alternatively using a hacksaw) he did it a lot, but It didn't work. Speaking a few Russian words with him via google translate, he said "follow me" I followed him and he went upstairs, it leads to the roof, I understood he's going to suicide. He tried to climb the final ladder to get up to the top point but as he's handcuffed, he couldn't. At that point he said "oh fuck", that was indeed an "oh fuck" moment. The Russian guy with his pretty cute accent told me to kill him, I struggled taking my hatchet from my inventory. Because the game is buggy and I have like 2 hatchets and 2 rifles at my menu at the bottom of the screen. I couldn't get my hatchet out so I took my rifle, aimed it at him and I said "sorry " and he said "bye bye", I killed him.

So my first kill was very interesting and it can be considered as a free kill.

What's so sad is, before killing him I felt like to go and check the houses for a hacksaw (because we're in some semi-industrial village, I just felt like that I'd find one) but the Russian guy was bored enough, he was like "just do it", couldn't ressist.

A few minutes later I found a hacksaw at one of the houses.

Oh shit hahaha, well we just had the biggest gun fight me, fatal and my friend owen. There were 3 guys on one side and 2 guys on the other and they blocked us or we had to do is be patient and for them to come out for us and and spray their ass down since me and fatal had an AKM, well unfortunately until then server restarted and ruined our fun action, was so intense.
