Question:
1. Are we allowed to drive a civilian (who is on the top of our car) into bomb shop to make him / her wanted ?
Are we allowed to do this if the civilian has DM'ed us / refused to jump off the car ?

2. Are we allowed to kill suspects (Instead of dragging them) if the highest ranked member online and the rest of the team agreed to do so ?

3. Regarding "Driving with whites bug abuse" , what are we supposed to do if a civilian refused to jump off the SWAT car ?

If civs. jump on your car, you can simply tell them to get off, if they don't want, /Report them

1) Yes, you may. It is his fault to stay on the roof, not yours.

2) Nobody is allowed to make an SWAT events if they are not Captain or Commanders, so no. Also, have in mind if a suspect is trying to duel you, it would be great (not must) to duel him back.
