Call a weapons dealer /weapons and purchase the C4 from them.

Note[s]: To get the C4 Bomb you must go into the checkpoint

BUT REMEMBER: COPS WILL TRY TO SEARCH YOU IF THEY SAW YOU NEAR BOMB SHOP
