Reason: Hello everyone reading my application to become a part of S.A. Army. I'm applying becouse I see alot of people wanting to join army and I know army is very cool faction and I would love to be a part of it so I can kill suspects using deadly force. I always do this when I play as a cop. I ussualy use sawnoffs m4 and sniper sometimes deagle too to use deadly force but now I would love to use Rhino, Hunter and hydra. It would be a pleasure to me. I will do everything I can to keep streets of Los Santos clean. I'm hoping to join and for some votes.

Before the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass a test about your in-game skills (shooting, driving, flying, command usage and your knowledge about the army rules). Your overall score must be above or equal to 3 or else you will be automatically denied.

I started testing his knowledge of army rules. Told him to log out forums and turn PMs off. Took him 30 seconds on average to answer each question. While testing his knowledge of army rules, I noticed someone from his country browsing the army rules thread. Seemed fishy immediately...alright, so I finish testing his rules, and that "someone" who was browsing the thread, immediately leaves this section/army rules thread. Seemed even more fishy so I decided to ask another set of questions. And of course, "someone" opens the army rules thread again just as I started asking the questions. When I mention this, the "someone" again leaves the army rules thread.

A General who happened to be online was directed to all this and also spectated the applicant in admin mode
