I love how I chase crimes and kill them and get score . I want to be back to re-kill matta lol however he killed me too much . Also I want to vote for players to be army
i got denied last time at 25/8 and i should reply after 7 days so it should be 1/9/2014 not 2/9/2014

Before the Generals decide whether to accept or deny you, you must pass a test about your in-game skills (shooting, driving, flying, command usage and your knowledge about the army rules). Your overall score must be above or equal to 3 or else you will be automatically denied.
You can be tested by one of the following Training Officers [TO]:

You can also request to be tested by one of the Head Training Officers [HTO]:
