Hi I am new to mods here and I want some police/swat mods please.

Also, are all samp mods skins/cars allowed?
Which mods are not allowed?
Are some mods considered hack, if yes, then what are they(better safe than sorry)?

1). Not every single CLEO mod is allowed, some/most of the mods give advantages.

2). The ones who give an advantage to you over another player(e.g. superman skin, rocket car, tiny car/bike/skins...etc.)

3). Well, the mods which are considered as 'hacks' or 'cheats' are in all category (skins/cars/bikes/planes/helis' etc. Also there are some other mods like armour spaawner/no reload/speed hack/driving car on buildings/weapons spawning tab...etc).

The best would be, if you are installing a CLEO mod, then check it in gta sa single player.
Also, if you don't understand if a mod is a 'hack' or not, then search more about that mod. For example, you don't know if superman skin will provide any flying ability, you searched on google about gta sa superman skins and you will find many results. Or you can PM me the mod for checking, and I will reply as soon as I have checked that mod.
