Drawing on your face? Which grade is this and how old are these "seniors" lol? At my high school (age 16-18 standard, if people fail up to unlimited lol) we have this things where 3rd graders (called Russ) would for example throw friends at the sea. Not during summer time and it's usually not any higher than 5 celsius so it's really cold. Usually 1 graders and 2 graders are thrown considering a russ doesn't throw another russ.

Throwing friends of yourself on the sea / water is fine in my opinion, but drawing is just really weird and creepy. Kind of immature too to be honest. We had something similar in junior high school as well, immature similar (ages 13-16) where sometimes them/we/whatever would throw newer students in the trash etc but it was basically just meant as a joke and you normally woulnd't do this unless you knew the person.
