Okay so I'm still kinda confused as to what you're trying to say but I'll assume you're trying to say that it's easier to take advantage of a player as an Administrator when the player in question is breaking rules. By this do you mean length of punishment, the punishment (eg: 7 day ban instead of 1) or what?

Yeah well I'm almost certain that's never happened, and it's not like when a user gains administration privileges they automatically hate whoever they used to be friends with, because it doesn't make sense. Also, if you're being inconsistent with your bans then you're gonna be flagged up.
