Hello,

We're going to do a second promotions ceremony on the 27th of September 20:00 GMT +0.
The story's pretty much the same; we expect as many members of Army to come online to attend. While there may be cases of where a player doesn't receive a promotion, it would still be worth while showing up, attend the event & form a line along with fellow fighters. The list of promotions will be released maximum 1 day after the ceremony/event. During the ceremony/event there may be more than 15 Army members in the skin.
