Suggestion(s): each rank has a different paycheck? starting rank which is private should receive 7.5k than as the rank increases add 5 or 10k or 7.5k
Why would it be useful: more roleplayish,will motivate players to achieve higher ranks and to stay in the army for a much longer time.

I actually suggested this for the amount of ribbons you have but I think this would be more RP'ish.
