Before you should get an PERM Blacklist, you must have done something TOTALLY wrong. Faron, whenever you make a suggestion keep in mind that this game is all about fun. Not about being the strongest,biggest, smartest, most sexiest e-thugh or something.

Many people have decided to join the army after trying out temp rights which are given on their own responsibility. Breaking any of the army rules may also result in server ban & army blacklist.

It's up to the Generals to give out temp rights to people they deem trusted
