Right click > properties > compatibility settings > "check" Run as administrator > run with windows XP/8 compatibility features.

If it doesn't work, downgrade Razer Cortex to Razer game Booster.

(I don't think that you're what you've posted, at-least i don't think so, neither you should think that about you :) )
Which Windows are you using?, if it is an older version than Windows 7, (I strongly believe so due to the compatibility settings in the Software's properties), try downgrading Razer Game Booster (New update equals to Razer Cortex [The update that possibly your system isn't running correctly]), throughout the Game Booster's official web-page.

Why? So.. Im using Windows XP Serial Pack 3 32-bit ... :|

And.. i already tried with razer game booster.. but its not working...

Idk what fucking to do... have anyone solution ? :/
