Accusing players with no evidence

Hey there.

I'm going to discuss something that has been annoying me lately, and probably a lot of other players. Recently I've been seeing a lot of situations where someone calls the other player an aimbotter. Why? Because the other player beat them in a duel or something similar.

This is NOT okay. If you believe that someone is aimbotting, report them, try to get some evidence, but WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TELL PEOPLE HE'S AIMBOTTING OR ACCUSE HIM FOR IT.

Believe it or not, this creates a lot of problems, and it also spreads rumours that might not even be remotely true. Keep in mind that doing this could even be disrespectful to the other player involved, and it will also seem like you have a really bad attitude.

I had a long conversation with someone earlier today, and I really wanna put a stop to this now. It seems like players replaced the excuse lag with the opposing player is using an aimbot.

This is about keybinding too. Not just aimboting.

It's pretty much about any rule. I mean, you can't accuse someone of breaking a rule without showing for it. Statements don't make evidence.

I actually interpreted this post like a new thing that we should be respecting, i bet that this is almost the fifth topic which tells every single player that we should not say to someone that he is hacking, cheating, using aim-bot &/or air-breaking through a /Pm or main-chat, instead silently /report in-game, otherwise: gather proof & report throughout the forum report section (not just cheating but any other rule).

This also shows how many times does a player reads forum important topics (or well, shows that they read & understand or they're just reading to waste their time), if i don't have a bad memory, Killdahobo (before he left Ls-rcr) made a topic saying that he at-least would punish those players who are constantly saying over the main-chat/spamming private messages with the following characters: "Hacker, you're hacking, cheater, air-break, aim-bot" instead of reporting the player which you think that he is hacking, there is no problem if you confuse the situation & said player has a big ping or FPS issues (some other situations with another rules), we commit mistakes & we are not perfect, a second time is acceptable for a bit, a third time shows that you're false accusing (if the other two times you didn't gather enough evidence), other times even a single situation is enough to know if someone is false-accusing.
Robberzz already said it, tagged or not (players become 'targets'), the rules are being applied for everyone equally.
