I understand your frustration of getting disturbed sometimes when testing, but it has been like this for ages. I personally tested nearly 150 applicants and got disturbed plenty of times, but you just gotta get used to it and improvise.

Testing in "real world" also has more advantages than disadvantages

This is also one of the reasons why only mature, patient & loyal members are hired as TOs ;)
