I have Win 8.1 64 bit (86x) and I have Cleo 4 but I got no health / armour bar.. So I just downloaded new Bar mod and used it...
I can send you my cleo install tomorrow if u want

Bro I downloaded cleo 4 but ,I want health bar, armor bar etc .

U r using gta v hud mod, delete all the files which you installed. Some files will be in a saparate folder, delete all of them.

Yea bro.it is gta 5 gud, but I did not install that, this all happened after I install Cleo. Also i replaced my hud.txd with ur hud but, nothing changes. I need to delete any other files or folders other than hud.txd?

Problem fixed. :)
There were some gta 5 hud mod files,. i deleted them. Now everything is good. Thanks Moiz :)
