The Applicant has been asked 10 Questions about rules and he answered 8 Incorrect and 2 Correct,While asking him the questions,He turned his PM on after i clearly stated that he is not allowed to /Pmon while doing the Rules Test,The Applicant is Auto Denied for cheating,Await a HeadDriver Decision
