Anything else: I was wanted, 3 cops try to chase me at the time. I doing stunts repeatedly and my wanted level reduced. After 5 seconds 2 cops arrive and fined me $2000 And then RiseOfTheDark cuffed and reported me for criminal reason (using hacks). After 30 seconds the cuffs removed and he cuffed me again. And he said he don't care about bans and he have another account.

You already have about 100000 billion warnings for /cuff and /rp abusing and several time bans for related reasons.
