A new forum section for the new players, section called "Questions about server" or something like this, Anyone can post an question there, and will have an answer by an moderator/admin, i was thinking of this from long time , i think it will be helpful, so what you think?

We already have Support Tickets(as a section too), The Bar(most people ask there), you can also PM administrators/moderators for support.. I don't really think that this will make a difference.
