Suggestion headline: Add a full list of general server commands

Importance of suggestion: 6/10
Why should it be accepted: The commands list should be updated so there should be a FULL list of general server commands (excluding criminal, class cmds etc.). This will make life much more easier for players!

Examples include: /speedlimit, /helmoff, /helmon, /exith, /reconnect etc.
