Thanks for all those who brought out their vote/reasons.

I'll use this post to explain why as how i suggested it for tagged members only.
The reason behind allowing tagged players only, had serveral points ;
1. Tagged members SHOULD be well aware of the rules.
2. When a tagged member breaks a rule, he can easily be punished by either taking his right to use the chat, or either his tag.
3. Would increase the value of the tag, and hopefully helps tagged communityembera think twice before doing something stupid.
4. The chat would be more organized, as we aint gonna have new forums users spamming the box.

Offcourse do i know there are some people well known by the rules, and yet they do not (wanna) have the tag.
Sorry to sound like a douche, but in that case you should or either try to get the tag, or not have lost it. (U see value of the tag increased)
