New weapon - Suicide bomb

So i thought that it will be cool if we added suicide bomb

You can get it from ammunation or weapons dealer



So if you got surrounded by cops you can just blow your self with them lol ! by typing /bombme


If the player cuffed, he cant bomb himself

Cops and swats and armys can defuse the bomb by /cuff then /defusebomb

if you taze the criminal wont be able to bomb himself and that will give you time to /cuff + /defusebomb + /arrest

it will still give a criminals chance to kill themself before leos catch him...if u wanna suicide u can do /kill...there is a reason /kill doesn't work when u are wanted.
