There you go buddy. You can have AMD detect what drivers are appropriate for your computer, or you can do it manually. Either way, it's your choice. Hope this helps!

That program comes when you install drivers for your GPU (afaik) - I'm not on an AMD GPU anymore so I can't really clarify. Update your drivers and then check your taskbar for a little program which you'll be able to open.
