Thanks for the troops guys.. I managed to destroy a few bases with it and got enough resources to upgrade my buildings :D

the best way to build a strong base is to updgrade the defences [Cannons and archer towers and mortars ] untill it reachs the limit

then upgrade the walls and after that upgrade the buidlings
