Ban Reason: Esc abuse
Date: 11/01/2015
Defence: I used /ask previously to make sure that going afk is not bannable. Then I went afk for 5mins to go and get something to eat unpause and start driving then see the you are banned for 'esc abuse' and a permanent ban at that. I have no idea what happened and I'm very saddened that I am having to post this appeal.

P.S: After returning to lsrcr after 2 years it saddens me that admins are 'ban happy'. Back in 2012 the admin would atually care for you and not ban you because they dislike you for some reason.

Oh,i'm very sorry if you took it personally.Believe me it isn't.
I just don't like tagged members breaking the (check rule number 5 under "No Cheating/Abusing").
The first time you went AFK just when i arrived near you (you were wanted,i was an army soldier) i led it slide,i thought u might had an emergency then i left you.I came back to you seconds later, you was back from alt-tabbing,saw me and went AFK again.Then it got clear to me that it was intentional and thus i decided a two days ban would make you think.


Once again,it's nothing personal,but rules are rules.You should respect them as a tagged member.

Well,i've got a different opinion on the matter.But since you think the ban is not fair i'll let a third party decide on a final verdict.

The verdict is obvious I even did /ask the first time I went afk to make sure it was within the rules. I hope this 'third party' reaches a verdict soon so I can continue enjoying what I believe was an enjoyable server back in 2012.

This is an awkward issue. I meant to ban you the other day for encouraging players to rulebreak and abuse, /ask abuse and disrespecting admins. So I've increased your ban to 6 days because i'm a complete idiot and banned [Lsrcr]Usman instead of [Lsrcr]Usman8. If you'd like to talk to me about this send me a PM.

Onzie did a topic about this this esc abuse, not long ago, i think it was this summer, if you dont belive me ask onzie, in the topic it said that if somebody esc abuses you can shoot at him and when he back he will get damaged, as far i remember which proves the first ban reason by gangsta19 incorrect which means only kissanes claims have any merit meaning the length should be reduced to kissaness original ban length.

Me and a hitman shot you,usually people die while ESC u didint,even worse u abused it to run away.
You will not be unbanned beforehand,wait it out.
