Suggestion(s): Make the AMOTM award a monthly thing and let the members vote.
Why would it be useful: It would motivate members to befriend and cooperate with each other. It would also increase democracy within Army. Army members would feel more like a team which would boost overall happiness and make the members more interested and involved in Army.

cuz members will vote only to their best friends, this will spoil the chances of members who played hard. So it will be better to select AMOTM by army generals. Generals only select the best.

I do personaly not like to call one of our members the best of the month, while others worked hard aswell.
