1. This with "He never Team with cops" is not really true... I team really often with Viktor_saiko or i spontaneously with oter cops, or Some New Guys, if wants to know how to get Criminals, score, etc..

And: What is so wrong, on teaming with the army ? I mean i want to join its, and if i want to to this, i need to watch how the army works, the other is, that you army guys, are very nice and its just more fun to team with you, than teaming with other cops...

2. The mistakes: I admit, that i, at the beginning, have "stolen" suspects (if you ever can say STOLEN). But I did not know that it is forbidden ! I really apollogize, if i have stolen your suspects.

3. What exactly do you mean with "Hard to communicate with" (please explain, that i can change the way it is)
