The purpose of /shout is to speak to players that wouldn't be able to hear you if you whispered. /Me is meant to be for roleplay actions, like "[Lsrcr]Auto sits down in his computer chair and starts typing" instead of /shout which is different, "[Lsrcr]Auto: Haha, I sat down in my computer chair yesterday and started typing some gibberish on http://www.ls-rcr.com/forum".
