Hello, so i have this problem with my gta it doesn't happen on single player, my game freezes every minute for about 10 secs and it stats again and its really annoying, anyone know how i can fix it ?

Turn down draw distance, install stream men fix, this is caused by the game loading textures far away or because of CPU usage spikes caused by high poly mods on low end rig, are you using mods? If not check your ram and CPU usage in resource monitor (task manager, third tab)
