iwas getting in test 4.14 and iam have rights [PVT] and the extra promotion 4.8 and iam get 4.14Overall.. iam wrong or right ?!

It was for the retest only (PVT+ only). PVTs were not retested.

Your overall score is 4.14. You had to score 4.80 to get extra promotion. The number after coma is decimal.
