Why should we accept this:
It's really important that players get up-to-date rules and information on the game - the rules haven't been updated in a while. Much has changed so I suggest updating the rules and adding information on special cases like hitman death evading, anti-dm system abuse (e.g.: A cop gets disarmed while doing a drive-by on an orange wanted with a white on top of the car) etc.
