The 'new fonts' are installed by dragging the files that are inside the folder, 'new fonts' in the 'models' folder in your GTA SA directory.
Hp, armor numbers is installed by installing CLEO 4, after you install CLEO 4, you will see a 'CLEO' folder in your GTA SA directory. Just drag the files that are inside the 'hp, armor numbers' to the CLEO folder and you're done.
