Suggestion headline: My suggestion its about Cops,you must get 100 score to be cops to teach them about Rules and will give him a time to gain experience and will not abuse it

Why should it be accepted: Cops must learn ,he cant abuse /cuff /rp and i sure when he got 100 score he got little experienced,about that 100 score you must be criminal first and rob ETC and gain more experiene to Join our Factions

I'm neutral on this .. it isn't actually bad but this way cops will vanish soon .. cop skills can never be gained from robber skin ( maybe killing ) and also rules are always available ... rule broken .. banned

Its so hard to wait for you 30 sec to remove cuffs or lost 500$? When I was newbie there was a easy rob system, but nowdays when you need to aim a bot what none of newbies expecting, and then that they can't take cop skin? They wouldn't see anything funny or interesting and proably /q server
At old rob system you just needed to press y and waith 5 sec, and sometimes was this boring and I as newbie loved to play in cop skin because it was more funnier then just going from shop to shop...

Reason: Sometimes we have newcomers from other roleplaying servers and they do know what to do.
I do understand you tho since dmer cops pisses me too but i think we will lack cops and people might quit early from our server, since they simply just want to play instead of waiting unti. 100 score.

Perhaps upon login first time as cop, they should have a tutorial on a virtual world, in which they will know the difference in colours, and the command.
