/killlist command - Not approved

Suggestion : /killlist command
Explanation : This command shows the number of kills done by a specific weapon
Reason : this command will offer information about the number of kills .. mainly for achievements .. also because taking a screen shot for each kill ( the wanted ones ) is somehow tiring because each picture needs lot of work to be sent to the commander , also taking a picture could be forgotten .. Therefore a simple command could solve this

- Notes : 1) only swats could use it or all players
2) this command includes a part from /kill command which might lead to suicidal instead of showing it ( not really sure but if yes then the command should be changed )

I think it's possible to store information about kills, but don't think it's needed.
