Suggestion(s): Allow us to engage the most wanted teaming with highly wanted suspect Using hydra (Only One seated vehicle . for example : Vortex and bike )

Why would it be useful: I think it will be useful because it makes sense , players who are teaming together in one seated vehicle , when one of them is red , they are preventing us from shooting them . although one of them on the roof , they are teaming because it's one seated vehicle
