Suggestion: "Never asking to team" as a reason to give 'Negative' votes should be forbidden.
Why would it be useful: If you want to get to know an applicant, YOU should be the one asking them to team up with you and not the other way around.
Additional comments: I find it unfair for applicants to get 'Negative' votes for reasons like this one.

Even though it isn't compulsory to team up as army, I still would recommend to play with cops because it gets more fun. And if they perhaps become army, we would already know what they consists of.

P.S: These people only asks us to teamup when they're going to apply and look nice to us so why not :D

Well, I'm not sure if i can even post here, but I totally agree with you. It also got removed from swat which they require teaming and it didnt be counted as an invalid vote for army yet. Also teaming in army isnt that important, so in swat its more important and got removed lol. The members just cant find a reason to vote and they just start writing random invalid reasons for the applicants which is unfair. Thanks for standing up and making this topic koopz, much appreciated bud :)

big fakin +1 u can see the applicant attitude without teaming up with them, if i team up with someone i do it to see his skills...everyone acts friendly when they have application open so...ye i agree with koopz

+1 i,ve seen much soldiers are giving negative to applicants for not asking for team, even i noticed much applicants are annoying me & spaming my pms to team up thats fact of their negatives- for not teaming, i totly agree with you koopz

Yeah, thats really unfair because if some applicant doesn't teams with some army member, normal that he will give him negative.
