Subsequently, the other players(experienced ones) will face problems as well. Plus it will unbalance the whole system which has been running smoothly for all these years.I can see why it would cause all of this confusion, but I think at least some new rules should be applied. It is a bit unfair for players that just robbed a shop and turned orange to get bombarded with Hydra missiles, which I have both seen and experienced in first hand.

At least you understood what I tried to say, which is that it's somewhat annoying to have a flying Hydra rocketing you down as soon as you leave the first store you steal. It's just not very much roleplay-like. But I guess you're right, that would pretty much leave SWAT and the army with nothing to do.
1) This will limit players
2) A simple mistake could lead to a serious problem
3) players don't join factions to hang around , factions offer more fun and challenge for chasing suspects ( so after alot of effort and hard work and successfully joining any faction .. you can't just use the additional stuff and vehicles except against reds and dark reds
4) You need to assume that no swat/army members online .. means that the most wanted player is free to do what he wants
5) In real life , as an enforcer .. you can't just leave a robber hanging around .. makes no sense
- I understand your point of view and I believe it is somehow roleplayish but you need to take into consideration all assumptions .. two final things .. first , army members kill suspects .. besides being deadly , they have deadly vehicles .. being a deadly player isn't abusing , it's being professional in driving , flying and I believe army rules are fair enough for both sides ... second , as a swat member , I can't just change skin because no members are online .. why did I join then ? .. if you have any other opinion , please share it with me

So, its nonsense to say you get bombed as orange by robbing stores. You can say that army is only allowed to shoot with Hydra at Most Wanted, but that is not what happens; let me grab more screenshots and I'll present a proper report against some army members. :^)

RiseOfTheDark wrote:no.Let me just correct you on some points. Firstly, you can't say that it won't be a good idea because "50% of cops will ignore these rules". It's in the rules; either they get followed, or the banhammer follows them. Also, the colors don't change very fast at all; only yellow>orange>red changes fast, which doesn't matter, since police would be able to act against them all, so that is an invalid argument. Finally, I don't see how would this create such a big mess. I mean, it's a pretty heavy change suggestion, but as with all other changes, you get used to it fast.
- 50% of cops will ignore these rules and won't listen.
- the colors changes very fast, orange > red, red > dark red and dark red > red.
- it will cause too much mess and thinking before arresting/killing as Leo's.
