cops can't damage our cars

Suggestion: cops wo'nt be able to damage cars with dragged criminals in it.
Explanation & Reason: I dont think i should explain, we all know about new players (cops) that think they should shoot us because there's someone orange in our car, or annoying cops who want to steal, I think that if someone is cuffed and dragged, cops wont be able to damage him/us/our car.

It also goes for the /pull command. If a S.W.A.T. member dragged a suspect in his vehicle, any law enforcer could come near your vehicle, type /pull [id] & steal it. In my opinion, only S.W.A.T. should have this command, since it's being abused by the Police.

Or we can not allow cops to pull or shoot dragged criminal, so they cant abuse it.
