Yeah it was me :)

I don't see it as a bribe. He needed to be tested and he says can you test me, nobody else is doing it. I thought wtf? Ok I'll test you. After his test, he gave me 100dps for testing him but I believe he failed the test the first time and had to be retested on his next app.
