Suggestion headline: create a new section to the forum, it's called: help center.
Why should we accept this: When I browse the forums, I see at General that there are questions asked. Does that belong there? Or where does it? What about creating a new part called: help center, for all your questions!

Post a new topic in General Discussions' Section, or make a new topic in The Bar Section, I'm sure everyone will help you out. A new section for just a small thing is not required in my opinion.
