Shooting a player you robbed in a vehicle

Dis is hard to explain but happens a lot in the server and I'm pretty sure most players have experienced this.
So I robbed a player and he holds fire till I get in a vehicle. Then shoots when I'm in the veh, yet when I shoot back from within the veh I get disarmed.
What I ask is log the attack just as it would if I have been on foot when he shot me. So that I can shoot them back in a vehicle if they shot me first.
