In the first pic, he killed me and Payn using minigun on Lsa (near police CP), he then Pm-ed me with apologies, I thought that it might be a mistake as this can happen with anyone. But after a few minutes, I saw him using hunter missiles against the red wanted suspect on the ground (who was running away from NFSWXD and was running on a vehicle towards LSA) as you can see in the second pic. He also used hunter's minigun on ground suspects after reaching lsa (chase continued from second pic), but I could not take ss of that as I was too far away but I saw his hunters minigun on fire/sparking (which is only able due to firing through it). He than had a duel with suspects at Lsa and died, and came back with a tank after a while, and as you can see, he began shooting the canons from that rhino on the suspects while ignoring me (as an innocent) and that cop.... he shot me 2 times as you can see the pics for yourself. Would like to see NFSWXD's defence about this as I also warned him and told him to re-read the rules after he killed me with minigun, but he completely ignored me and in the end, he left...

1. He may shoot red wanteds teaming with orange wanteds (applies both on foot/vehicle/near vehicle)
2. The only relevant screenshot is this one; But there's also policy that action shouldn't be taken on basis of the kill list. For such cases, a video may be the only acceptable proof.


However, I don't see a reason why would you lie about anything in this report, and it indeed seems very fishy from his side.
I would also like to hear what Nfs has to say about this (contacted through forum PM)

So he can shoot with tank on innocents in order to kill wanted, well i didnt find that in the rules. Nor the red suspect and orange suspect were teaming but yeah its hard to tell what happened.

my reason at tank:When I am Need Kill The Wanted by tank Moiz Going to save Wanted(Going Nearest Wanted) when He not wanted And I am need Shot The Wanted, And I am Told Him Sorry.
And I am Really lagged.
And I am Don't shoot Him its fire from tank.

and my reason at hunter :As far as i remember payn was in a maverick and i was shoting him using the hunter's minigun since he was highly wanted and i was laggy in this minute , [Lsrcr]Moiz was behind him in my view and the minigun unfortunately was shooting them both since it doesn't shot in a certain point as you know

I was not trying to save any suspect, I just spawned and was going to Lsa and in a few seconds you came in lsa and started shooting with tank, you shot me twice but due to the anti-dm system, I didn't lose any HP. And yeah, you did apologize for the hunter's minigun which I have mentioned above. I told you to re-read the rules in the reply but you ignored and broke the tanks rule so I added the hunter's minigun pic too...

Anyway, you didn't pm me anything after the tanks incident or I would have mentioned that too. Instead, you /pm-offed when I wanted to know the reason why you shot me with tank.

As for the proofs not being in the "video just screenshots", I think the "screenshots" are valid enough to show that you broke the rule. Video would have shown the same.
