Suggestion headline : well I have two minor suggestions :
First : Change /q ( /q becomes an unrecognised command ) command to /quit
Importance of suggestion 7/10 : this will somehow stop evaders from leaving quickly ( I know it could be written quickly but evaders mainly /q after breaking cuffs .. this way enforcers will be able to recuff or taze )
Why should it be accepted : this will help in keeping the gaming fair among players

Second : Money stolen from bank is saved for timeouts
importance of suggestion 5/10 : it might not be necessary .. anyway , it's common among players to wait for 5 , 6 or more bank robberies then they claim the whole insurance money just once .. if a player had a timeout .. all his money will be lost , which means all the money he took from a pc or robbery gave him nothing
why should it be accepted : I think it's important to have this addition
