Suggestion: Reason change to questions
Explanation: Currently, we have to write our reason why we want to be in S.W.A.T. team, but we could do questioning in application. For example:

• Why do you want to be S.W.A.T. member?
  Have you ever been banned from Ls-rcr?
  Tell about your self in 5 sentences.

And so on.
Reason: We could know new possible members better.

-Do you mean temporary? Even if temporary not many guys would have got temporary ban. So I guess it should not added in my opinion.

I don't really support this suggestion. I think that players should be able to give their own reason, but I guess a few questions should be answered. I just don't feel like forcing this onto someone, because they should really be creative when writing a reason and at least make a good one.

Why do you want to be SWAT Member ?: It is the same as say your Reason I don't see any difference in this. -1

Write 5 sentences about your self : I think it's not important in anything. Why do we need to know about the App. Who is applying ? I'm sure that he/she will just fill the 5 sentences without saying anything we will need to know or even is important for us. Maybe you can see something i can't see well.+-1

The format of reason shouldn't be fixed, there will be no uniqueness in that. Current format reflects the way of thinking of an applicant and shows how much effort they have made or what's in their mind after/before joining SWAT. -1

This suggestion has been made due to duplicates in application such as "I love dragging", "I love to team". So far reason doesn't affect S.W.A.T. members to vote negative or positive.
