Why should it be accepted: It should be accepted because there is no ATM Network near Jefferson and maybe you forgot to take money with you, so you have to go to bank. And in this way you will be able to Withdraw money from ATM to spawn your car or bike.

Atms are distributed all over los santos In addition to the bank .. and you can still get money through different ways .. Neutral .. why not
