Vehicle Improvement

In-Game Name: RiseOfTheDark.

Suggestion: Improvement to the "Sultan" vehicle.

Explanation: As you know, Lately a lot of members are not finding interest in S.W.A.T. and going to S.A. Army instead, most of the reason is their vehicles.
I think we should also have improvement to our most used vehicle - Sultan, which make our vehicles, or at least one, special.
Army has boats, strong aircrafts, armored cars (1500hp), and of course - the tank.
I think we can add our sultan something which will make it special, actually S.W.A.T. sultan is just a regural Sutlan you can buy in grotti, and the only "feature" of it is that non-S.W.A.T. members can't get in.
My improvement is to add something to this Sultan, not something special, but something that will allow us to be stronger, like make it "armored" - increase it's hp to 2000-3000.

Why It's not OP: If Army has got tank - 10000hp, collision with other vehicles makes them burn, cannon which blow up anyone in less than a second, and thats just one of their vehicles, I'm sure doubling one of our vehicles hp won't cause any damage and won't be OP.

We don't having anything special other than the swat bomb + roadblock. I strongly advice to add more features. +1
