Why should it be accepted: It will prevent abuse, if you are cuffed you shouldn't be able to enter interiors.
after they go out, they can also walk "cuffed" and this is just an abuse.

Also it prevent swat members to arrest cuffed people just because they know we cannot drag in interiors, and use it for their advantage.

+1, in a case like this I don't think we should compare it to real life.. as interiors and real life works much different.

Swats lose alot of suspects because of this and they always have to call a police / army officer to /ar or kill their suspects.
