Hey,

A very simple suggestion saying that a hous eshould stay donated through a transfer if the donator sells it. This would give more value to houses that are donated for, and it might also increase the donations towards the server.

Basically you'll just have another column saying donator with the player ID who donated for the house, and for instance if someone chooses to give 6 Dps to make an undonated house a donated one, that player ID will become the donator and he'll be able to sell it one time without making it undonated. If the player who bought it however decides to sell it again, it will become undonated.

It will also be possible for players when they buy it to see if the house becomes undonated if they buy it, maybe in a red font.

Thank you

Well, then,a person who doesn't donate can have multiple houses, meaning the amount of donations will decrease by the time, and Ls-rcr needs more donations, not less. But still,it's pain in the ass that donated houses don't stay donated.
Neutral on this.

This will decrease the amount of donation by time and people will get multiple houses without making any donation.

I'm not really sure if it might because it will become undonated after 2 transfers rather than 1. It could also increase donations if you think about it.

Neutral.

The concept seems cool, but as Jed and GreatSan have already stated, it will decrease donations as you will be able to purchase houses regardless of the 'one undonated house' limit. Although the idea is good, I feel as if the current system is operating fine.
