Why should it be accepted: For what I've seen, Jefferson Motel is only used for riots, and riots only. People want to go there, for some good shoot outs. But sometime it happens that people starting to rob/rape/taze/cuff/arrest/etc/etc. Nothing you can do about it, as its allowed to do so. But for the people who were there, having fun rioting this is annoying. By disallowing CMDS inside the motel, this all would be solved. In order to get wanted for the people who wanna start a riot there, you can make something like when they shoot inside they will receive wanted level 4.
