Why should it be accepted: I think kidnappers should be able to drag like swat so it will be like if real and as a kidnapper it should make it easy to people better kidnapping scores and i also think they should be able to have a command that enable them to tie up the civilians or police or army or swat to and that's why i think the commands that i explained is important.

Your idea is nice but if we assume that we are talking about real life .., no kidnapper will ever drag a player into his car without being tied up .. besides this will make kidnappers just like cops and will also make players always feeling anxious fearing being chased by a kidnapper (if something like /tie is added for example)

With the dragging option, the kidnappers would be morbidly overpowered, which will ruin the gameplaying.

This is just an addition, Kidnappers would still be able to kidnap players normally like inside the car.
Other than that.
Add "scissors" in 24/7 to /cutrope when kidnapper ties.
