Not sure if I can post here but according to what I saw in gta single player .. this plane doesn't carry vehicles .. it works only as a helicopter for transportation .. I guess you mean this one (sky cranes) :

it is possible to script, but it will take alot of time, + where will be cargobob? there is no place on ls army ship, also it will still take alot time to transport tank, so no one would use it
